Accountancy upgrades instructions:
1.Download the file that contains the upgrade for the accountancy software
2.Copy the file into the accountancy folder (wich can be found by right double-clicking the accountancy icon, choosing “Shortcut” from the “Properties” menu, and then selecting “Find target”)
3.Execute the file upgcwin.exe and click “Extract”
(if on steps 2 or 3 appears a message that is asking if you want to overwrite the files, respond with “Yes” or “Yes to all”
4.After finishing the previous step enter the program and choose from Utilitare\D. Refacere structura baza de date\1. Numai firma curenta or 2. Toate firmele
Instructions for updating the payments software
This version (1.4.0007 from 14 March 2008) contains all the updates for the year 2008.
To update versions starting from 1.3.0034:
1.If you have direct access to the Internet, open the window Despre,from the payments application, click on Actualizare, press Descarca to get the latest version from the Internet, Verifica to check what version was downloaded and Actualizeaza for install the upgrade
2.If the access to the Internet is made through another computer than the one on wich is the payments application installed, download that contains the update of the payments application (don’t rename the file!), copy the file on a mobile device (diskette, CD, memory stick, etc.) and follow the steps from point 1, by choosing Local from the Actualizare window and selecting the location of the upgsal.exe file (from the device were you copied it).
To update versions older than 1.3.0034:
1.Download the file that contains the update of the payments application (don't rename the file!)
2.Copy the file into the payments folder (can be found by right double-clicking the accountancy icon, choosing “Shortcut” from the “Properties” menu, and then selecting “Find target”)
3.Execute the file upgsal.exe and click “Extract”
if on steps 2 or 3 appears a message that is asking if you want to overwrite the files, respond with “Yes” or “Yes to all”)
4.After finishing the previous step execute the updfirma file resulted from step 3

2. Copy the file into the management folder (can be found by right-clicking on the management icon, chose from the “Proprieties” menu, click on the “Find target” shortcut)
3. Run the file upggest.exe and select “Extract”
(if on steps 2 or 3 appears a message that is asking if you want to overwrite the files, respond with “Yes” or “Yes to all”)
4. After finishing the previous step run the program and choose from Optiuni\11. Actualizare structura baza de date
